Mark Sallee graduated Phi Beta Kappa, summa cum laude from the University of Georgia and the University of Georgia School of Law. During law school Mr. Sallee was selected to work as an associate professor for the Georgia Legal Counseling Project.

Mr. Sallee began his law practice in 1981 with the prestigious Atlanta law firm of Grizzard, Simmons, Martin. He has handled over 100 jury trials to verdict, many of which have been high-profile and two of which have achieved national attention. He has been admitted pro hac vice in the following states: North Carolina, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, New York, Florida and California.
